Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am licensed in New Jersey and Pennsylvania with 40 years of professional work experience. I believe in collaborating with others to work with their innate drive to heal and expand, trusting higher self guidance and empowering others in their journey. I offer support in understanding your unique life lessons to help you reach your highest expression of yourself.
I am trained in cognitive psychodynamic therapy as well as energy psychology and utilize tapping/EFT, meditation and centering to support others to neutralize intense emotions, either from past trauma or present stress, promoting healthy emotion regulation and integration/wholeness to become your best self. I love to support others in relationship conflict to promote communication that fosters deeper closeness and peace, creating an understanding of how to work with emotional triggers and how to speak to others with clear personal ownership to obtain the support you are seeking relationally. Accomplishing this involves learning to restructure old relational blueprints to support success and emotional safety in intimate relating.
I also enjoy helping others risk change to feel worthy and deserving to have more in their lives, creating intentions they are desiring to manifest, while addressing obstacles such as false beliefs that hinder this growth. I have a deep interest in spiritual teachings understanding that others often mirror our issues seeking growth, and work to enhance present moment awareness and non-attachment to outcomes to support moving with a divine plan in the flow of life, even in times of significant challenge learning to access the gifts embedded in these challenges. I am passionate about guiding others to increase their sense of self trust and confidence, while assisting clients to shift and reframe negative thinking to higher levels of thought that inspire growth and prompt release from fears that hold us back. It is my absolute privilege to witness and aid another in their personal journey.

Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly make a difference. For a range of common concerns – such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes – online therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One of the main advantages is flexibility – individuals can connect in the format that suits them best, whether through video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it simpler to fit therapy into daily life and maintain continuity of care.
Licensed professionals provide online therapy, and if someone decides they would prefer a different fit, they can switch therapists at any time. Online formats make therapeutic support more accessible while preserving the professional standards of care offered by licensed therapists.
