Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am an LPC in the state of Texas with just over 5 years working under full licensure. I have worked in several settings including, hospital where I provided grief counseling and outpatient mental health clinic where I have worked with children and adults treating ADHD, Depression, Anxiety and Posttraumatic stress disorder. In addition to this, I have worked with individuals diagnosed with co-occurring substance use disorders. My approach includes CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy) and motivational interviewing. I am open, honest and welcoming in session, and encourage my clients to, “do the work”. I don’t believe in a cookie cutter, one size fits all approach and as such, I work hard to tailor each session to meet the needs of the person I am working with.
It can be a very scary thing to decide to seek out therapy services; my desire is to provide a safe space for you to feel comfortable sharing your life experiences with me in order to find healing and move towards the next chapter in your life.

Krystal Laday is a licensed professional counselor practicing in Texas who brings seven years of clinical experience to her work. She has provided grief counseling in a hospital setting and has worked in an outpatient mental health clinic supporting both children and adults with concerns such as ADHD, depression, anxiety, and posttraumatic stress disorder. In addition, she has experience working with individuals who have co-occurring substance use disorders.
Her therapeutic approach draws on cognitive behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing, and she aims to be open, honest, and welcoming in session. Krystal encourages clients to engage actively in the process – she does not use a one-size-fits-all model and instead adapts each session to the specific needs of the person she is working with.
Licensed to practice in Texas as an LPC (license number 78756), Krystal seeks to create a safe space where people can share their experiences, pursue healing, and move forward into the next chapter of their lives.
Many people wonder whether remote therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or adjusting to life changes, online therapy has been found to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person treatment.
One major benefit is flexibility – clients can connect in the way that best fits their needs, whether through video sessions, phone calls, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility can make it easier to attend sessions consistently and to integrate therapy into a busy life.
All participating therapists are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to change therapists if they seek a different fit. For many people, online therapy provides an accessible and effective way to work toward better mental health while accommodating individual schedules and preferences.
