Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hi there! I’m Kristina Dygulski, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Qualified Supervisor in Florida. With over 12 years of experience in the mental health field, I am dedicated to supporting individuals as they navigate their mental health journeys. My passion lies in empowering clients to make meaningful changes and improve their overall well-being.
My specialization lies in working with adults struggling with anxiety, stress, depression, self-esteem/confidence, motivation, addiction, trauma, and significant life transitions. I believe that everyone deserves a safe and supportive space to navigate life’s challenges and transitions. Central to my practice is the principle of “Just Breathe,” which invites us to pause, honor our feelings, and create space for self-reflection.
When you work with me, you’ll find a non-judgmental environment where you can freely explore your thoughts and emotions. My approach is collaborative and empathetic, tailored to your unique needs. Together, we’ll work to gain insight, heal from past experiences, and navigate life’s transitions with clarity. Many clients describe our sessions as grounding and empowering, where they feel truly heard and understood, allowing them to engage fully in their healing journey.
I stay current with evidence-based treatment approaches to ensure that my clients receive the best possible care. My goal is to create a supportive and compassionate environment where you can explore your challenges, develop coping strategies, and work toward living as your authentic self.
I look forward to supporting you on your journey toward healing and wellness!
