ReNew You Counseling
My ideal client is one who is ready and motivated for change, or is willing to take a long hard look at themselves and work to become the best person that they can be!
For the past several years, I have been treating individuals with mental health disorders, including: depression, anxiety, trauma, post-partum depression, ADHD/ADD, intermittent explosive disorder, social phobia and panic disorders. I have also worked with people who struggle with alcohol or drug use issues. This is an area of specialty for me. I have worked in a program that had a 78% success rate for curing alcoholism using the Sinclair Method. I worked as the Therapist in the program. I used motivational interviewing techniques for substance use disorders. I have helped many of my clients to develop healthy and life changing coping skills.
I can provide support for people who are going through significant life changing events, such as: divorce/break up of relationship, loss of children, custody issues, grief and loss, medical diagnoses, incarceration, relocation, questioning sexual identity, problems in relationship, infidelity. I can provide individual, couples and/or families counseling.

Many people ask whether online therapy can truly help. For a range of common concerns – such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or adapting to major life changes – remote therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional in-person sessions for most individuals.
One of the main benefits of online care is flexibility. Clients can choose the mode of communication that works best for them – video appointments, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging – which can make it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule or to access support from a preferred location.
All therapists are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to switch providers if they want a different therapeutic fit. Online therapy provides a practical way to receive consistent, professional support while maintaining the convenience of remote access.
