Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a licensed professional counselor with thirteen years experience. I am eclectic in practice, but have a strong bent toward cognitive behavioral and narrative therapy styles. My approach is client-centered as it is the client’s process and journey; I have the honor of being, only, a part of that. I believe in the power of one’s story to heal and overcome.
I have worked with clients, ranging in age, from eleven to eighty-two. The majority of the people I have worked with have been adults. I enjoy working with people from all walks of life. Many of my clients have been from the LGBTQ+ community. I have worked with both victims (survivors) and offenders. I have worked with individuals, small groups, and larger groups. I love every kind of person and I believe in the power and beauty of humanity.
I look forward to being a part of your journey!

Many people wonder whether connecting with a therapist online can really help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or adapting to life changes, online therapy has been found to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions.
One major benefit is flexibility – clients can meet with a therapist in the format that best fits their needs, including video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This range of options makes it easier to incorporate therapy into a busy life.
These services are provided by licensed professionals, and clients have the option to change therapists at any time if they are seeking a different fit.
