Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hello! I am Kimberly Anderson, a licensed therapist / clinical social worker in the State of Florida.
I originally started my journey in this field with a Bachelors Degree in Human Services in the year 2000. I spent time working in behavioral health for children and adults, as well as the skilled nursing facility setting. I then switched gears and became an elementary school teacher for 10 years, focusing on helping students learn and achieve academic success. While this was very rewarding, my heart called me to return to the Social Work field. I graduated with my Masters Degree in 2017 and continued on to complete my clinical training to become a LCSW in 2020. I am actively engaged in professional learning and work to utilize opportunities to increase my knowledge and certifications in various related topics. I am currently certified as a Case Manager through the Commission for Case Manager Certification, and am working on learning more about trauma, ethical issues that impact senior citizens, and ways to support individuals who are experiencing life changing events and stressors.
I have experience in helping clients with finding their life purpose, career issues, relationship issues, family conflicts, coping with grief and loss, improving motivation, self esteem, and confidence. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support and empower you in that journey.

Many people ask whether online therapy truly helps. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or major life transitions, remote therapy has been found to be similarly effective to traditional in-person care.
A major benefit is flexibility – clients can connect in the way that suits them best, whether by video call, phone, live chat, or in-app messaging. This variety makes it easier to fit therapeutic support into a busy life.
All participating therapists are licensed professionals, and clients may change therapists at any time if they want a different fit. Online therapy offers a practical and adaptable option for many people seeking support.
