Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hello! I am a therapist and clinical social worker in North Carolina with 5 years of experience in the field. I have previously worked with individuals in an inpatient long-term setting and with children and families to maintain family preservation. I have worked with clients experiencing issues such as depression, anxiety, parenting problems, communication problems, and post-traumatic stress.
I place a high emphasis on the importance of maintaining unconditional positive regard towards clients, as maintaining a strong working relationship can be critical towards addressing issues and making therapeutic gains. All individuals deserve to be heard and feel validation. From there, we can explore these difficult issues together and address negative feelings that cause hardship. I believe that solutions to our problems lie within all individuals, as each individual in the expert in their own life. My background lies in motivational interviewing, and cognitive and solution-focused therapies.
Asking for help takes a lot of strength and vulnerability. If you decide to move forward, I will be happy to assist you in reaching your goals!

Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly help. For a range of common concerns – including stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and navigating life changes – online therapy has been found to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions.
One major benefit is flexibility. Clients can choose the format that fits their schedule and comfort level, connecting with a therapist through video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. That flexibility makes it simpler to fit therapy into everyday life.
Licensed professionals provide care through these remote options, and if a different therapeutic fit is desired, clients can switch therapists at any time. For many people, online therapy offers a practical and effective step toward addressing mental health concerns and reaching personal goals.
