I am qualified as an integrative counsellor and work using this as a theoretical foundation, although have grown to incorporate different aspects of spirituality, creativity, and exploration through different forms.
Throughout the process of therapy we will work together to unravel and make connection with all aspects of the self and beyond– mind, body, spirit and emotion. This can be a challenging yet rewarding process as you get to know yourself at a core level.
We hold such wisdom inside ourselves. Often we are not aware of this until we begin the journey of unravelling in a safe space.
A session will be very much led by your needs. Areas that I specialise in are the areas that I have lived experience in. These include trauma, areas concerning self worth and self esteem, anxiety, addiction, relationships to self and others, and self harm.
We will work together on this journey and go at a pace that you are comfortable with. All that you are feeling is welcome.
I work with clients in a variety of ways, gently guiding and holding space for depth and process. Spirituality is a thread that flows through my work. I am able to help you to understand your emotions, what is beneath them, what are they telling you, and how they are manifesting. Often we feel physical pain or sensations, or behave in sabotaging ways or have habits or destructive patterns that we are not quite sure where they come from until we begin to look at them within a therapeutic space.

Kelly Day is qualified as an integrative counsellor and uses that training as the foundation of her therapeutic approach, while also incorporating elements of spirituality, creativity and exploration through different forms.
Throughout therapy she works collaboratively to unravel and connect all aspects of the self – mind, body, spirit and emotion. This exploration can be challenging yet deeply rewarding, as clients come to understand themselves at a core level.
She believes people hold a great deal of inner wisdom that often becomes visible once the unravelling begins in a safe space. Sessions are directed by the client’s needs, and Kelly’s specialisms reflect areas she has lived experience in, including trauma, self-worth and self-esteem, anxiety, addiction, relationships to self and others, and self-harm.
She progresses at a pace that feels comfortable to the client and welcomes all feelings. Kelly works with clients in a variety of ways, gently guiding and holding space for depth and process. Spirituality is a thread that runs through her work, and she helps clients understand their emotions, what lies beneath them, and how those emotions are manifesting in the body or in behaviour. Often physical sensations, self-sabotaging behaviours, habits or destructive patterns become clearer when examined within a therapeutic space.
Many people wonder whether online therapy can make a real difference. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One of the main advantages is flexibility – you can connect in the way that feels most comfortable to you, whether that is through video calls, phone sessions, live chat or in-app messaging. This variety of options makes it easier to fit therapy into everyday life.
Therapists who provide online care are licensed professionals, and if you decide you would prefer a different match you can switch at any time. For many people, the combination of demonstrated effectiveness for common issues and the practical convenience of multiple communication methods makes online therapy a suitable and accessible choice.
