Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I have had the privilege of working with all types of individuals during my career. For the past 13 years I have had extensive working with military veterans, families, and those who have experienced trauma which continues to affect them. My approach to therapy is eclectic. I integrate evidence-based techniques in CBT, DBT, CPT, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care with a focus on increasing resilience, self-awareness, and meaningful change. Whether it’s navigating relationships, overcoming trauma, or addressing persistent behavioral cycles, I am dedicated to walking with my clients as they realize their strengths and move toward healing and growth. My approach is taken from a variety of evidence-based practices that have been successful in working with trauma and addiction. When working with couples, I typically use Behavior Couples Therapy and CBT to address negative patterns and accentuate positive ones. Functional Family therapy addresses behaviors of children that affect the family system and used with contingency management, it is effective for productive change and increased communication. I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, coping with addictions, relationship issues, trauma, and abuse. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process.

Many people wonder whether remote therapy can truly make a difference. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One of the greatest benefits is flexibility – you can connect with a therapist in the way that fits your needs and schedule, whether that is by video call, phone session, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility can make it easier to maintain consistency in care.
Licensed professionals provide online therapy, and if a different match is desired you can switch therapists at any time. For many people, remote therapy offers an accessible and effective option for addressing everyday mental health concerns and life transitions.
