Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a qualified counsellor who is passionate about helping to guide others through the darker periods of their lives. During my lifetime I have encountered many life experiences that have equipped me to help others in finding their own resolutions to their own life challenges. I provide Counselling and psychotherapy to adults and young people, working holistically from a Person Centred Core whilst using integrated tools and methods to provide a tailored therapy to suit your individual needs. During our time together I will provide a safe and confidential space where together we can explore the aspects of your life which may be causing you pain and discomfort. We will work collaboratively with what you bring to therapy at a pace that is right for you and I will always be guided by what is important for you. I will support you through your troubles, help you make sense of your experiences and untangle the things that have become stuck so that you can begin to move forward. I believe that you are the expert of your own life and my goal is to see the world through your eyes and work with you to help you develop, grow and find the solutions to your own issues. I can help you look at the changes you may wish to make in your life or help you come to terms with the things that cannot be changed. This is a time to focus on you and rediscover the real you.
I am an accredited member of the National Counselling Society (NCS) and a member of the The British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), practising within their guidelines & ethical framework. I am a Certified Cyber Therapist and registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office to ensure I am working ethically through the different mediums of which I practice.
It is my belief, that when things start to change inside of you, things will change around you!

Many people ask whether online therapy can really help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions.
One major benefit is flexibility – clients can connect in the way that suits them best, using video calls, phone sessions, live chat or in-app messaging. This adaptability makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy life and to engage in regular support.
Therapy delivered online is provided by licensed professionals, and if someone finds they would prefer a different therapeutic fit they can choose to switch to another therapist. Online formats can therefore offer both clinical expertise and greater convenience for many people considering support.
