Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am an Integrative Counsellor based in London, I also work online and am available all over the United Kingdom. I currently work in private practice, working with a range of issues including anxiety, stress, depression, relationship issues, concerns with work, finding meaning in life, issues of identity, and trauma. I also work for an organization delivering therapy to clients experiencing psychosis, schizophrenia, and bipolar. I hold a BSc in Psychology and a Diploma in Integrative Counselling and I am a registered member of the BACP. I am also currently in the process of completing an MA in Integrative Psychotherapy.
My approach
I work in an integrative-relational style which means I see therapy as a collaborative endeavor and believe that healing takes place in relationship to each other. I also work in a trauma-informed way, with an awareness of the impact of trauma on the body and mind.
I approach therapy from an attitude of openness and curiosity about your experience, prizing you as the expert of your own experience and me a guide in helping you understand this experience and unlock your potential.
Influences
As an Integrative Counsellor, I am inspired by a multitude of psychotherapeutic modalities, each helping to complement and support my work. I also take inspiration from influences as broad as science, philosophy, religion, spirituality, eastern thought and Buddhism, shamanism, and magic. I take a holistic view of healing that incorporates knowledge throughout the ages and includes the body.

Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
A major advantage is flexibility – clients can connect in the way that feels most comfortable, choosing video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This adaptability often makes it easier to fit therapy into everyday life.
Therapists offering online work are licensed professionals, and it is usually possible to switch to a different therapist if a different fit is desired. For many common issues, online therapy provides a practical and effective path to ongoing support.
