Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 6 years of experience in the mental health field. I initially began in the mental health field while completing my undergraduate degree from Western Kentucky University. Following my undergraduate degree, I further expanded my work in the mental health field and began my Masters of Social Work program while working as a Behavioral Health Specialist at a community mental health agency. In May 2019, I completed my MSW degree and began my clinical practice. I have experience with group, individual, and family therapy and have worked with adults ranging in age from 18 to 65 years of age and in all stages of life. Many clients came to me with significant difficulties in daily life functioning and through services, time, effort, and dedication most saw significant improvement in functioning in day to day life. I have experience working with individuals with a wide range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, addiction, trauma, and grief/loss to name a few.
I am well versed in several counseling techniques and have a compassionate and approachable demeanor when working with clients. I strongly believe that developing a positive therapeutic relationship is the foundation to a productive client/therapist relationship. I believe in working in partnership with clients to utilize their strengths to help them sort out their challenges and achieve their goals. I also realize how important it is to identify all aspects of an individual’s life that impact their well-being including their physical health, support systems (family, friends, etc.), work or school environment, and faith/spirituality in this process.
I utilize a blend of Cognitive Behavioral, Gestalt Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Solution Focused, Narrative Therapy, and Psycho-Education for individuals aged 13 and up. My belief is individuals who have the motivation to improve and courage to seek growth through vulnerability and hard work can accomplish all the goals they desire.

For many common concerns – such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or coping with life changes – online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person care. It can be an effective option for addressing day-to-day struggles and life transitions.
One major benefit is flexibility. Clients can choose the format that best fits their needs and comfort level, whether that is video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule and to access support from different locations.
Licensed professionals provide these services, and if a different match is desired, clients typically have the option to change therapists. For many people, online therapy provides a practical and accessible route to consistent, professional mental health support.
