Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hello! My name is Kathleen Connolly. I have been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for over 15 years. I have worked in a variety of settings with a wide diversity of populations. My clients have ranged in age from 20- 104. Much of my work has been helping people who are challenged with personal transitions and the many emotions that accompany them. This has included work, relationship, aging, and caregiver issues. I have also helped people with depression, anxiety and low self- esteem issues. Change is difficult but inevitable. You don’t have to go through it alone. I am here to help.
I believe the therapeutic relationship between the client and therapist is the most important aspect of therapy. I see therapy as journey of self-discovery for each client. I can help guide you through your journey to a better understanding of your strengths and weakness. I will help empower you to make the most of your strengths and help you successfully meet your challenges.
Please Note :
It is very important to me that I set all of my appointments. At this time I have limited availability, especially in the evenings that is subject to change.

Many people wonder whether meeting with a therapist online can really help. For a range of common concerns – including stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and navigating life changes – online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions for most people.
One major benefit is flexibility. Clients can connect in the way that suits them best: video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This adaptability makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule and to choose the format that feels most comfortable.
Sessions are provided by licensed professionals, and if a client wants a different therapeutic fit, switching to another therapist is an option. For many individuals seeking help with everyday mental health concerns, online therapy offers an accessible and effective path to support.
