Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hi! I am Kate Lynch, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and I have been practicing therapy since 2014. As a wife, mom and many other roles in my life, I have learned that life’s balance is not always simple but with the right mindset and some hard work, it can certainly be a pretty darn close.
I graduated from Ball State University in 2012 with my bachelors degree in social work and then from IUPUI in 2014 with my masters of social work. Since that time, I have worked in a variety of settings including hospitals, mental health facilities, shelters and schools. Each of these settings not only allowed me to work with a variety of interdisciplinary professionals, but a wide variety of clients as well.
I have a passion for trauma and grief therapies. I am certified in many different practices of evidence -based therapies, including TF-CBT, DBT, Exposure Therapy, and Seeking Safety. I use additional therapies such as Motivational Interviewing, Strength-Based therapy and Grief Counseling to ensure you are getting the best care proven possible.
Ultimately, I love to build up my relationships with clients and ensure each client gets what they feel they are looking for from services. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.
Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage and I am here to support you in that process.

Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly help. For a range of common concerns – including stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and life transitions – online therapy has been found to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions for most cases.
A primary benefit is flexibility. Individuals can connect in the way that fits their schedule and comfort level – via video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging – making it easier to maintain consistent care amid busy lives.
These services are provided by licensed professionals, and if someone feels a different fit is needed they may switch therapists at any time. For many people facing common mental health or life challenges, online therapy offers an accessible and practical route to support.
