Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
For over 25 years I have had the privilege of supporting others in their journey toward awareness and self improvement. When we are open to looking at patterns of behavior we can uncover barriers to our ideal self.
I utilize a Client Centered approach incorporating Solution Focused Brief Therapy and CBT. I enjoy working with people of all ages and I have experience working with clients in group homes, outpatient settings, crisis situations, families and couples to name just a few.
Most recently I have become interested in the mind-body connection and using Mindfulness and meditation to improve that connection in my personal life and with clients. I have also been trained in hypnotherapy and use those skills as well as guided imagery to support my clients in achieving their goals. It is important to set goals that are achievable. If we create goals that are too big we run the risk of getting overwhelmed and giving up too quickly. I can help create small steps to goals to feel how success feels right from the beginning. I love what I do, helping support people on their journey and I look forward to working with you.

For many of the common challenges people face – stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or major life transitions – online therapy can be an effective option. Research and practice indicate that, for these concerns, remote sessions often perform on par with traditional in-person therapy.
One of the chief advantages is flexibility. People can choose the format that fits their schedule and comfort level, whether that means video sessions, phone conversations, live chat, or in-app messaging. That convenience makes it easier to keep up with regular appointments and integrate therapy into everyday life.
Therapists available for online work are licensed professionals, and if a particular clinician does not feel like the right fit, clients are able to request a different therapist. For many, online therapy provides a practical, adaptable way to access professional support while addressing a wide range of concerns.
