Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hi, I’m Karina. I know that life can feel overwhelming at times, but you don’t have to face it on your own, I’m here to help.
I have over three years of experience supporting clients and have undertaken extensive supervised training in Psychotherapeutic Counselling Practice. Throughout my career, I have worked in a range of mental health settings, providing therapeutic support to individuals navigating grief, loss, bereavement, trauma, anxiety, and major life transitions. My experience has given me a deep understanding of how challenging it can be when life feels uncertain, and I’m passionate about helping my clients find clarity, strength, and inner peace.
My approach is Pluralistic, meaning I draw from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Psychodynamic, and Humanistic approaches to tailor sessions to your unique needs. I believe there is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy, and I’m committed to working collaboratively with you to find the most helpful way forward. Whether it’s exploring patterns of thought and behaviour, processing difficult emotions, or rediscovering your sense of purpose, we’ll work together in a way that feels comfortable and at your own pace.
Prior to my role as a psychotherapeutic counsellor, I gained extensive experience supporting individuals in mental health crisis and distress, providing immediate emotional support and guidance. This has equipped me with a compassionate and empathetic approach, ensuring that every client feels heard, validated, and supported, no matter what they are going through. Additionally, my background has enabled me to work with individuals from diverse backgrounds, further enriching my understanding of the unique challenges each person may face.
At the heart of my work is creating a safe, comfortable, and welcoming space where you can explore your emotions and reconnect with your authentic self. I approach every client with warmth, understanding, and care, ensuring that you feel supported from the very first session. I also understand that reaching out for help can feel daunting, and I strive to make the counselling journey as comfortable and empowering as possible.
If you’re ready to begin your journey towards healing and self-discovery, I’d love to support you. Together, we can work towards building a life where you feel more grounded, confident, and connected, both with yourself and the world around you.

Many people ask whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One major benefit is flexibility – clients can connect with a therapist in the way that suits them best: video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This range of options makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy life.
Therapists offering online care are licensed professionals, and if a different fit is needed it is possible to switch to another therapist at any time. For many people, online therapy provides an accessible, practical route to consistent therapeutic support.
