Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a licensed clinician in Ohio with 18 years of professional experience. I earned my Master of Social Work from The Ohio State University and spent the first 13 years of my career as a therapist in community mental health. During that time, I gained broad and diverse experience working with adults, adolescents, and families in both individual and group settings.
Much of my career has also been dedicated to supporting first responders, including providing Critical Incident Stress Debriefings, as well as working over the past five years with members of the Ohio Army National Guard. I have experience helping clients navigate stress and anxiety, relationship challenges, family conflict, motivation, self-esteem, and confidence.
In addition to my clinical social work background, I am a 200-hour certified yoga instructor with specialized training in trauma-sensitive yoga and stand-up paddleboard yoga. I approach therapy through a holistic lens, recognizing the connection between mind, body, and spirit, and honoring the full human experience—physical, emotional, relational, intellectual, and spiritual.
I believe in treating every person with respect, dignity, sensitivity, and compassion. Our work together will be collaborative, and I will tailor our conversations and treatment plan to meet your unique needs and goals. Taking the first step toward therapy takes courage, and I am honored to support you as you begin this journey.
