Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 37 years of experience, I’ve observed how childhood trauma can develop coping mechanisms that may become dysfunctional and evolve into such things as depression, anxiety, codependency, problematic work relationships, substance use, and even addictive patterns of behavior that serve to dull and impair one’s ability to express their needs.
As you enter into therapy with me, I believe you will find someone who listens intently, paying attention to not only what you say but also to the underlying emotions and patterns of which you may not be aware .I I will respond with compassion, honesty and at times humor and odd ball references to music, books, sit-coms and movies ( I tend to lean toward fantasy and sci fi, just for the record).
I hope to help you find what you have been missing. You bring the flashlight, I will bring the map. I think it will be an awesome journey.

Karen Morris is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker licensed to practice in Indiana with 37 years of clinical experience.
Over the course of her career she has seen how childhood trauma can lead people to develop coping mechanisms that later become dysfunctional, contributing to depression, anxiety, codependency, strained work relationships, substance use, and other addictive patterns that blunt a person’s ability to express needs.
In therapy Karen listens closely – attending not only to what a person says but to the underlying emotions and recurring patterns they may not yet recognize. She meets clients with compassion and honesty, and occasionally uses humor and offbeat references to music, books, sit-coms, and movies; she tends to favor fantasy and science fiction.
Her aim is to help clients discover what has been missing in their lives. Clients bring the flashlight, she will bring the map, and together they can explore a way forward.
Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
A major benefit is flexibility – you can connect in the way that suits you best, whether through video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. That flexibility often makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule.
Licensed professionals provide care online, and if a different fit is needed you can switch therapists at any time. For many people facing everyday mental health challenges, online therapy offers an accessible and effective option to pursue support and change.
