Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hi! I’m glad you’re here. Life can be hard and confusing and scary. You may be feeling overwhelmed or you’re struggling with low self-worth and self-doubt. Maybe you’re having difficulty in your relationships with friends, family or partner(s). Perhaps you’re struggling to identify and express your emotions. Add to that, despite all of the positives associated with social media, many people are feeling more isolated and alone than ever. I specialize in treating people struggling with depression, anxiety and trauma as well as life transitions such as navigating college, careers and relationships.
My goal is to offer a space where you feel safe and supported in sharing all of you. You can tell me anything. I offer a non-judgmental, affirming approach to therapy. I love working collaboratively with individuals to explore and process thoughts, experiences, issues and triggers. We will explore your goals and work towards them together.
Many people I work with find me to be easy to talk to and a “calming” presence. I have clients who I laugh and joke with as we work together and nothing makes me happier than being there next to someone as they become healthier, happier, stronger and more confident. I welcome the opportunity to meet with you to see if we might be a good fit.

For many everyday concerns – including stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties and major life changes – remote therapy can be as effective as meeting in person. Research and clinical practice show that online care often yields similar outcomes for these common issues.
One of the major benefits is convenience. People can meet with their therapist in the format that fits their schedule and comfort level – whether by video call, phone session, live chat or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to keep up with regular sessions and integrate therapy into a busy life.
All therapists offering online sessions are licensed professionals, and if someone feels they need a different fit they may switch therapists at any time. For many individuals facing routine mental health challenges or navigating transitions, online therapy provides a practical and effective way to access support and work toward personal goals.
