Human beings are very dynamic and have unlimited potential to heal and grow. When I began my journey as a therapist, my goal was to help people not feel so alone in their pain, break mental health stigmas, and find answers hidden within themselves. I bring empathy, humor, compassion and genuine curiosity that is free of assumptions to the healing space. My therapeutic approach is tailored to fit your unique needs and desires. I take pride in guiding you in your journey of gaining insight and self-love to help you live a joyful well-balanced life.
I have extensive experience in working with adults who are struggling with symptoms of PTSD, depression, anxiety, panic disorder, bipolar disorder, BPD, etc.
