Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hello! My name is Joshua and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and retired United States Marine. I have a passion for, and experience working with, people facing anxiety, depression, addictions, relationship issues, trauma, and severe and persistent mental illness to name only a few. A person’s decision to seek therapy is an act of courage that I both respect and view highly!
My style of therapy is client-centered, collaborative, supportive, and nonjudgmental. I view you as the expert in your own life and maintain a firm belief that you, regardless of the challenges and circumstances you may be facing, are capable of lasting and meaningful change! My therapeutic approach encompasses cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy(ACT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), cognitive processing therapy (CPT), spirituality, and internal family systems (IFS).
It undoubtedly takes much courage to seek therapeutic support during life’s most challenging moments, but it is in these moments and when those challenges are faced, that the change you seek can be realized!
I look forward to working with you!

Many people wonder whether remote therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One major benefit is flexibility – individuals can meet with a therapist in the format that fits their routine and comfort level, whether that’s video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. That flexibility can make it easier to keep therapy consistent amid work, family, and other commitments.
All providers are licensed professionals, and if someone decides a different fit would be better, they can switch therapists at any time. Online therapy can offer an accessible way to get regular support from qualified therapists while accommodating varying schedules and communication preferences.
