Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a clinical social worker licensed in Florida with over 35 years of experience working as what I like to call a “clinical changeologist”: assisting in a process of change that in many cases becomes life altering. My many years of experience provide a unique and varied approach to the therapy journey. I am committed to and believe that growth is more about the journey rather than some destination. I am quick witted and sincere in my approach with clients and believe my reputation for assisting is well known to my past clients and colleagues. My approach to the therapeutic process is grounded in the awareness that trauma based experiences can dramatically effect the emotional well being of anyone.
I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues as well as LGBQT issues and concerns. I have a long and extended experience with multi spectrum addictions in both substance use ,as well as other process difficulties found in treating addictive disorders. I am well versed in the recovery process in the 12 step community. Human sexuality and intimacy concerns are also within my area of focus. I am familiar with many methods and techniques in the therapy process considered when initiating any therapy relationship. I have assisted many people who have experienced physical trauma or emotional abuse in their lives. I am well experienced with such methods as EMDR in the healing process.
I look forward to establishing a working relationship built on trust and a desire for self improvement.

Many people ask whether online therapy can genuinely help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life transitions, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One major benefit is flexibility. Individuals can connect in the format that suits them best – video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging – making it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule.
Licensed professionals provide online therapy, and clients have the option to change therapists if they want a different fit. This accessibility and adaptability make online therapy a practical choice for many people seeking support.
