Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Sometimes life can be overwhelming , worries and anxieties inhibit our daily life. Whether it be present or past issues making our everyday become more challenging, I can offer you a safe place where you can explore your emotions and thoughts without being judged or advised. A place where you will be listened to and heard. I believe that by exploring why we feel or react a certain way, or why we keep making the same choices, we can become more aware and understanding of ourselves allowing for growth and change.
My work is client led and I work upon each clients individual needs. Counselling gives you a time that is just for you, a place to reflect on what is going on for you in your life, a space to be heard.

For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions. It can be a practical option for many people seeking support.
One important advantage is flexibility – you can connect with a therapist in the way that suits you best, whether by video call, phone session, live chat, or in-app messaging. This can make it easier to fit therapy into a busy life.
Therapists offering online work are licensed professionals, and it is possible to switch to a different therapist at any time if you feel a different fit would be better. For many people, remote therapy provides an accessible and effective route to addressing everyday mental health and relationship concerns.
