Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hello! My name is Jessica. I am a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) with 12+ years of professional experience working with teens and adults, both individually and in family/couples therapy. I believe you have many strengths that can assist you in working through life’s many trials. I have experience in helping clients with trauma and abuse, self-esteem and motivation, stress and anxiety, relationship issues, grief and loss, infertility and adoption, military service, and many other difficulties that life can bring.
I approach therapy from a Christian perspective and believe that the Bible is the ultimate source of strength and support. However, if you do not wish to have therapy from a spiritual perspective, I am able to meet you where you are and support you in whatever way you need in this time.
Taking the first step to look for help is hard and it took courage for you to reach out! I am excited to join with you on your journey of growth and healing!

Jessica approaches therapy from a Christian perspective and regards the Bible as an important source of strength and support for many clients. At the same time, she will meet people where they are and provide support in whatever way best fits their needs if they prefer a non-spiritual approach.
She recognizes that reaching out for help can take courage and is ready to join clients on their journey toward growth and healing.
Many people ask whether counseling delivered online can really help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or managing life transitions, online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions.
One major benefit is the flexibility it provides – people can meet with a therapist in the format that fits their schedule and comfort level, including video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This adaptability often makes it easier to keep regular appointments and integrate therapy into busy lives.
All participating therapists are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to change therapists if they want a different fit.
