Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas. I obtained my undergraduate degree in Psychology from Texas A&M University and my graduate degree in Counseling from University of Houston-Victoria. I have worked in the mental health field in a variety of ways for the past 4 years. I have worked with a wide range of concerns including: intellectual and developmental disabilities, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, mood disorders, as well as ADHD. I’ve also helped many people who have experienced physical trauma or emotional abuse.
I believe that given the chance and armed with the skills needed, anyone can accomplish what they have set out to do. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity and compassion. I believe in walking alongside my clients as they go through their personal journey. I utilize a cognitive behavioral approach but tailor my approach to the needs of the client.
It takes courage to recognize that a change needs to happen in someone’s life. If you are ready to take that step I am here to support and empower you.
I look forward to working with you!
