Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hello! My name is Jennifer Campbell. My educational background includes several internships in a variety of settings before graduating with a Master’s of Science in Mental Health Counseling from Lee University in Cleveland, TN. I worked with addictions, anxiety, depression, HIV/AIDS patients, and with children and adolescents. I define myself personally as a Christian mom and professionally as a counselor who is open-minded and accepting. I believe in meeting people where they are and going on the journey with them. After Lee University I moved on to work with older individuals facing debilitating illnesses and then to a setting working with parents and children, which is still my full time job 7 years later. I approach the counseling journey by using Client-centered methodology, cognitive processing theory, Junguian ideas, as well as using ideas from Family Dynamics and Solution-focused therapies. Relaxation techniques and spirituality can also be beneficial to the counseling experience for many people. I have experience with depression, anxiety, trauma, family issues, etc. I’d be happy to work with you on any of these problems or other issues.

Many people ask whether remote therapy can truly help. For a number of common concerns – including stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and navigating life changes – online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions.
One of the main advantages is convenience and flexibility. Clients can choose the format that fits their needs and schedule – video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging – which makes it easier to fit counseling into everyday life.
Sessions are delivered by licensed professionals and clients have the option to switch therapists at any time if they prefer a different fit. For many people, remote therapy offers a practical and accessible way to engage in meaningful clinical work.
