Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hi! I am an Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) based out of Washington State. Life can be hard and messy! We have all experienced unexpected difficulties and loss; whether it be the death of a loved one, the loss of a job or a significant relationship or some other challenge that has been hard to navigate on our own.
I have worked with both justice impacted and non-justice impacted individuals challenged by depression, anxiety, trauma, grief and loss as well as drug and alcohol addiction. My approach is a a person centered strengths based solution focused approach drawing heavily from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
I approach therapy uniquely and as an opportunity to find the lessons and strengths in the difficulties we all face. I am laid back and believe there is therapeutic value in humor, mindfulness, and finding gratitude in the small things. I wholeheartedly believe you are the expert of your story and that you have the aptitude that will assist you in achieving greatness! Reaching out for help can be intimidating and overwhelming. I want to commend you on taking the first step to sign up for therapy! Most of my appointments are on Sunday’s with some availability on Saturday’s as well as weekday evenings. I am excited to begin working with you. Together, we can identify your goals and make plans for you to achieve them.

Jeanette Fischer is a Washington-based clinician who practices as a licensed independent clinical social worker. Her licensure reflects advanced clinical training and authorization to provide independent therapy in Washington (license WA LICSW 61153454). She has 8 years of experience supporting people through a range of life challenges.
Her therapeutic style is grounded in a person-centered, strengths-based, solution-focused framework with substantial use of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques. Jeanette describes herself as laid back and often draws on humor, mindfulness, and noticing small moments of gratitude as part of the work.
Her clinical work has included both justice-impacted and non-justice-impacted individuals facing depression, anxiety, trauma and abuse, grief and loss, and drug and alcohol addiction. Her areas of focus also include stress, ADHD, relationship and family conflicts, parenting concerns, anger management, self-esteem, career difficulties, coping with life changes, compassion fatigue, and coaching.
Reaching out for support can feel intimidating, and Jeanette acknowledges that first step. Most of her appointments are scheduled on Sundays, with some availability on Saturdays and weekday evenings. She works collaboratively to identify goals and develop practical plans to help clients move toward those goals.
For many common concerns – such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and navigating life changes – online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person care. It can be a practical option for people looking to address those issues without changing their daily routines.
One major benefit is flexibility. Clients can connect with their therapist in whatever format feels most comfortable – video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging – which can make it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule.
All participating clinicians are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to switch therapists at any time if they feel a different fit would be more helpful. Online therapy can offer a convenient, accessible way to pursue mental health support while maintaining the same core therapeutic approaches used in face-to-face work.
