Many people wonder whether online therapy can genuinely help. For common concerns – including stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties or navigating life changes – online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
A key advantage is the flexibility it offers. Clients can choose the communication method that feels most comfortable – video calls, phone sessions, live chat or in-app messaging – which can make it easier to fit therapy into daily life.
Therapists who work online are licensed professionals, and if someone feels they need a different match they can switch to another therapist at any time.
