Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am an integrative counsellor with experience of working with adults and teenagers who have had difficulty coping with bereavement, anxiety, stress, depression, low self-esteem, anger management, relationships, eating disorders and other issues.
I want to assure my clients that I will be non-judgmental in my approach, honest and trustworthy and that my clients will be treated with respect. I hope my clients can find comfort in sharing their anxieties with me and together a good therapeutic relationship can be developed.
I have a person-centred approach in counselling which means I allow the client to lead the way. I am registered with the British Association for Counselling Professions, which helps to ensure that my work is conducted within a recognised professional ethical framework that protects both counsellor and client. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process.

Many people ask whether online therapy can genuinely help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties and navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions.
A key benefit is flexibility – clients can connect in the way that suits them best, whether through video calls, phone sessions, live chat or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it simpler to fit therapy into a busy schedule and maintain continuity of care.
Therapy delivered online is provided by licensed professionals, and if a different fit is needed clients can switch therapists at any time. For many people, online therapy offers an accessible, practical option for addressing everyday mental health and wellbeing concerns.
