My work experience spans various areas, and I’ve had the privilege of working with soldiers returning with combat trauma during my time in private practice in Killeen, Texas. Additionally, I’ve trained in EAGALA – equine-assisted therapy techniques, allowing me to bring unique approaches to my counseling sessions. Over the years, I’ve also gained valuable experience in assisting teens, couples, and families with behavioral and relational issues. Recently, I’ve been involved in the corporate wellness resiliency and life coaching sector, further broadening my expertise.

Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been found to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions.
One notable benefit is flexibility – clients can connect with a therapist using the format that fits their life, whether through video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This range of options makes it easier for individuals to maintain continuity of care despite busy schedules or geographic limitations.
All participating therapists are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to switch therapists if they seek a different match. For many people facing common emotional and relational concerns, online therapy offers a practical, accessible path to support and progress.
