I am here to serve as a guide to help you on your journey to discovering your best self. I believe each person has it within them to bring about the change they need and I can offer tools, outside perspective and insight to help you reach your goals. I take a client centered, systems perspective approach that is guided and informed by systems theory, attachment theory, and neurobiology principles.
I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in New Mexico. I received my Masters of Science in Family and Child Science, with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from New Mexico State University and I received my Bachelor of Science in Family and Human Development from Arizona State University. I have been providing therapy for over 9 years to individuals, couples and families. I have most often helped people with anxiety, depression, grief and loss, relationship conflict (romantic, family, peers), and cancer. I have additional training in attachment, self harm, suicide prevention, neurobiology and trauma. I am also EMDRIA trained in EMDR.

She earned a Master of Science in Family and Child Science with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from New Mexico State University and a Bachelor of Science in Family and Human Development from Arizona State University.
With 10 years of clinical experience, Jacqueline has most often supported people facing anxiety, depression, grief and loss, relationship conflict across romantic and family relationships and peer connections, and challenges related to cancer. She has additional training in attachment, self-harm intervention, suicide prevention, neurobiology, and trauma, and she is EMDR-trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
Her practice integrates clinical training and practical strategies to help clients build coping skills, strengthen relationships, and move toward greater well-being while honoring each person’s strengths and goals. Jacqueline practices in New Mexico and works with people seeking both short-term support and longer-term therapeutic work.
