Behavioral and collaborative therapies and biblical principles inform my approach, thereby ensuring each client’s unique needs are met.
My academic preparation is as follows: Master Arts Degree in Counseling, Two-year Advanced Certificate in Internal Family System Theory, and a Certificate of Achievement in the Addiction Treatment of Military & Veteran Culture.

Ida Terry brings 22 years of clinical experience helping people address addictions, family conflicts, grief, parenting concerns, depression, LGBT issues, relationship difficulties, trauma and abuse, intimacy-related challenges, anger management, self-esteem struggles, bipolar disorder, and coping with life changes.
She offers a calm, safe space where people can examine painful events, process wounds, and work through anger or resentment that may be impacting current relationships. Ida supports clients in pursuing healing and transformation while encouraging a growth-oriented mindset that aligns with their change goals.
