Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hi, I’m Easter, a qualified integrative therapist with over six years of counselling experience and additional experience supporting clients across different cultures and life stages. I hold a Master’s degree in Counselling from the University of Edinburgh and I am a registered member of the BACP.
My approach is integrative, drawing mainly from Person-Centred and Psychodynamic therapy. Person-Centred work allows me to step into your world with empathy and non-judgement, offering a space where your true self feels safe to show up. Psychodynamic exploration helps us understand deeper patterns, eg. how early relationships, cultural experiences, and significant moments have shaped the way you feel, react, and relate today.
I often describe therapy as driving in a foggy mist. You remain in the driver’s seat, and I sit beside you in the passenger seat, helping you understand the fog, notice the road, and recognise the patterns that keep repeating. Together, we explore how to move from autopilot into a place of awareness and choice, gently regaining a sense of control and personal grounding.
Being culturally diverse myself, I offer cross-cultural counselling, supporting clients who may feel caught between backgrounds, identities, expectations, or systems. If spirituality or faith is meaningful in your life, I can also integrate a Christian-based understanding into our work.
I have experience supporting clients through a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, low self-esteem, relational difficulties, life transitions, cultural identity struggles, and feelings of isolation. No matter what brings you here, my aim is to help you feel safe, understood, and not alone in your journey.
I provide therapy in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
I look forward to working alongside you as you find clarity, direction, and a deeper understanding of yourself.

Hin Yan “Easter” Wong is a qualified integrative therapist based in the United Kingdom, holding a Master’s degree in Counselling from the University of Edinburgh and registered as a member of the BACP.
She has five years of counselling experience and additional work supporting people across different cultures and life stages. Her practice draws mainly from Person-Centred and Psychodynamic approaches, combining empathic, non-judgemental presence with exploration of deeper relational and developmental patterns.
Person-Centred work gives space for clients to be seen and heard, while Psychodynamic exploration helps identify how early relationships, cultural experiences, and significant moments have shaped current feelings, reactions, and ways of relating. She often uses the metaphor of driving in a foggy mist: the client remains in the driver’s seat and she sits in the passenger seat, helping to understand the fog, notice the road, and recognise repeating patterns.
Together they explore ways to move from autopilot into greater awareness and choice, gently restoring a sense of personal grounding and control. Being culturally diverse herself, Hin Yan “Easter” Wong offers cross-cultural counselling for those who feel caught between backgrounds, identities, expectations, or systems, and can integrate a Christian-based understanding when faith is meaningful to the person.
Her experience includes supporting anxiety, depression, trauma and abuse, low self-esteem, relational difficulties, life transitions, cultural identity struggles, and feelings of isolation. Therapy is offered in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. Her aim is to help people feel safe, understood, and less alone as they find clarity, direction, and a deeper understanding of themselves.
