Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Welcome — I’m Helen,
If you’re feeling overwhelmed by constant worry, low mood, or endless overthinking — especially when it keeps you up at night — you’re not alone. Many people find themselves stuck in a cycle of self-doubt, fear of judgment, and feeling ‘not good enough.’ Sometimes, it’s hard even to leave the house or face social situations without putting up walls.
That’s where I come in.
As a psychotherapist, counsellor, and coach, I specialise in helping people just like you manage and overcome anxiety, persistent worrying, and rumination. Together, we’ll create a safe, supportive space where you can process what’s really going on inside your mind and heart.
You can expect to:
Feel calm enough to enjoy restful sleep instead of tossing and turning with worry.
Step outside your comfort zone and leave the house without fear or hesitation.
Socialise more freely, try new hobbies, and set healthy boundaries in your relationships and work.
Speak up confidently in meetings and presentations.
Manage challenges related to ADHD and neurodiversity with practical support
Your Journey to Healing and Growth
Therapy is about connection and transformation. It isn’t always easy, but with the right support, change is possible. I take an integrative approach, tailoring our sessions to your unique needs by drawing on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Person-Centred, and Psychodynamic counselling.
Taking that first step might feel daunting, but you don’t have to do it alone.
Let’s Talk
I offer sessions on Tuesdays – Fridays between 9 am and 5 pm.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Kind regards,
Helen

Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly help. For common difficulties such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges or navigating life changes, remote therapy has been found to be similarly effective to traditional in-person work for most issues.
One major benefit is flexibility – you can choose the mode of connection that fits your life, whether that is video calls, phone sessions, live chat or in-app messaging. This variety makes it easier to attend sessions around work, family and other commitments.
All therapists offering online sessions are licensed professionals, and if you decide you would like a different fit you can switch therapists at any time. For many people, the convenience and consistent access that online therapy provides make it a practical and effective option for addressing everyday mental health concerns.
