Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I have had the privilege of supporting clients through a variety of challenges, including stress and anxiety, LGBTQ+ related experiences, relationship dynamics, and the journey to build motivation, self-esteem, and confidence. Each of these areas can be deeply personal and sometimes overwhelming, but I want you to know that you don’t have to face them alone.
I specialise in working with Deaf and Hard of hearing individuals as I am also a British Sign Language Interpreter in the UK. This gives me a unique perspective into supporting Deaf people and those struggling with sensory loss.
I truly believe that you are the expert of your own story. You possess a unique strength within you, a resilience that has carried you this far and will continue to guide you through whatever obstacles you may encounter. My role is to walk alongside you, helping you tap into those strengths and discover new ways to navigate life’s difficulties.
Taking the first step toward therapy is an act of courage and a testament to your willingness to grow and heal. I want you to know how proud I am of you for embarking on this journey. It’s not always easy to seek help, but by doing so, you are already demonstrating the kind of strength and determination that will serve you well in this process.
You are not alone in this. Together, we can explore the challenges you face, celebrate your progress, and work toward the life you envision for yourself. I’m here to support you every step of the way.
I work using Transactional Analysis which is a method of understanding life scripts, communication styles and understanding your core beliefs in order to make changes. I also publish some blogs on my website, www.aynatherapies.co.uk

Hasan Kurtarici has supported people through a range of challenges including stress and anxiety, LGBTQ+ related experiences, relationship dynamics, and the work of building motivation, self-esteem and confidence. He recognises that these areas can feel deeply personal and, at times, overwhelming, and emphasises that individuals do not have to face them alone.
He specialises in working with Deaf and Hard of hearing individuals and also works as a British Sign Language (BSL) interpreter in the United Kingdom. That experience gives him a particular perspective on supporting Deaf clients and others coping with sensory loss.
Hasan operates from the belief that each person is the expert on their own story. He highlights the inner strengths and resilience clients bring, and aims to walk alongside them to help draw out those resources and identify new ways to navigate life’s difficulties.
He acknowledges the courage it takes to begin therapy and expresses pride in clients who take that first step toward growth and healing. Hasan is committed to exploring challenges with clients, celebrating progress, and supporting them toward the life they envision.
In his practice he uses Transactional Analysis, a method for understanding life scripts, communication styles and core beliefs in order to make meaningful changes. He also publishes blogs on his website, www.aynatherapies.co.uk.
For many common concerns – such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or navigating life changes – online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions. It can be a suitable option for addressing day-to-day emotional and interpersonal challenges.
One major benefit is flexibility. Clients can connect with therapists in the format that best fits their needs and routines – by video call, phone session, live chat, or in-app messaging – which can make it easier to maintain regular appointments.
Therapists are licensed professionals, and clients may switch therapists at any time if they prefer a different fit. This flexibility and range of communication options help many people access consistent, ongoing support while fitting therapy into busy lives.
