Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am an integrative psychotherapist with a basis in person centred therapy and Jungian psychology. Currently I have over three years of experience working with clients presenting with a wide range of issues including historical trauma, abuse, anxiety, stress, depression and criminal rehabilitation.
Originally trained as a person-centred counsellor, and with further study in the field of Jungian psychology and psychodynamic therapy I aim to allow for my clients to be empowered while still maintaining varying levels of structure to best suit the individual needs of each client.
I strive to foster a judgement free environment with a focus on empathy and understanding of the emotional and mental significance of the clients experiences. While I employ many methods of interaction the underlying goal is to form a meaningful relationship unique to the client. As such there is no right or wrong in the development of sessions as the goal is to find what best works for you.
One of the most difficult things can be reaching out for help when we most need it, it can feel overwhelming and at times scary but you’ve already taken the first step which for many is the hardest. I look forward to being there to help you along your journey into a happier and more fulfilled future.

Many people ask whether therapy delivered online can genuinely help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One of the clearest advantages is flexibility – you can connect with a therapist in the way that feels most comfortable, whether that is through video calls, phone sessions, live chat or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to fit therapy into everyday life.
Therapists providing online care are licensed professionals, and clients are able to switch therapists at any time if they would prefer a different fit.
