Many people ask whether remote counselling can really help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
A major benefit is flexibility – you can connect in the way that suits you best, choosing between video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility often makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule.
Therapists who offer remote sessions are licensed professionals, and if you feel a different fit would work better you are free to switch therapists at any time.
