Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or managing life transitions, online therapy is often as effective as in-person treatment.
One major benefit is flexibility – clients can meet with a therapist in the format that fits their needs, whether by video call, phone session, live chat, or in-app messaging. This variety makes it easier to integrate therapy into a busy schedule.
All participating therapists are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to switch therapists if they feel a different fit would be better.
