Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hi I’m Gez, a person centred counsellor & psychotherapist. Life can be tough & overwhelming when we’re struggling. I know, I’ve been there! I can offer a safe, non-judgemental space, with no expectations, that can give you time to breathe & explore how you are feeling, help you find ways to cope and then move onto a life where you are more fulfilled rather than just coping, hopefully developing new perspectives & skills to navigate challenges & promote personal growth.
I understand we are all individual & unique so our needs can be different & diverse. For this reason I am open to working with any client & whatever difficulties they may be facing. Most of the presenting issues I work with are grief, anxiety, depression, suicidal thoughts, self-harm, sexuality, couples & relationships, abuse, childhood trauma, self-growth.
I appreciate how difficult it can be to reach out & ask for help, please know it is not a sign of weakness. If you’d like to get in touch we can have a brief chat to answer any questions you may have & see if you would like to move forward.

Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One major benefit is flexibility – clients can connect in the way that feels most comfortable, whether by video call, phone session, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy life.
Therapists offering online sessions are licensed professionals, and if a different fit is needed it is possible to switch therapists at any time. Online therapy can therefore be a practical and effective option for many people seeking support.
