Many people ask whether online therapy can genuinely help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions for most people.
A key advantage is convenience and flexibility – you can choose the mode of connection that suits you best, whether that is video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy life.
All participating therapists are licensed professionals, and if you decide you need a different fit you are free to switch at any time.
