Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hi and welcome. If you are here, I imagine you are looking for someone to support you in clarifying and healing parts of yourself to improve your daily functioning.
I’m here to offer a safe and supportive space where you can work through your challenges. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, self-doubt, trauma, or life changes, we’ll work together to help you feel more clear, confident, and balanced. My goal is to help you find the strength and tools within yourself to create the changes you want in your life.
My approach is relational and grounded in Integrative Transactional Analysis, addressing a wide range of mental health issues. Rest assured, our work together will be tailored to your needs, focusing on your journey at a pace that is right for you.
Transactional Analysis is a form of therapy that examines how past experiences and ways of communicating influence present relationships and behaviours. In TA, we explore patterns in your behaviours and interactions, looking at how different “ego states” (Parent, Adult, and Child) influence how you communicate with others and with yourself. By identifying these patterns and understanding your “life script” (a set of unconscious beliefs formed in childhood or a personal narrative), we can work together to help you make healthier choices, addressing different issues to name few as anxiety, depression, stress or low self-esteem.
Similarly, Relational Theory emphasises the supportive power of relationships in therapy, offering a safe environment to rebuild trust, understand relational wounds, and support healing from trauma or relational challenges.
I have a Post Graduate Diploma in Transactional Analysis Psychotherapy from an Integrative Perspective from the Manchester Institute for Psychotherapy. This is a Masters Degree Level 7 course.I have experience in helping clients with different mental health issues to name few : stress, anxiety, relationship issues, trauma, abuse, motivation, self esteem, & confidence. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support & empower you in that journey.

For many common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties or navigating life transitions, online therapy can make a meaningful difference. Research indicates that for these types of issues, remote therapy can be as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One key benefit is flexibility – people can choose the format that fits their routine and comfort level, whether that is video calls, phone sessions, live chat or in-app messaging. This range of options makes it easier to maintain continuity of care when schedules or circumstances change.
Therapists offering online work are licensed professionals, and if someone finds they need a different match they can switch to another therapist at any time. For those weighing their options, online therapy offers an accessible route to professional support without sacrificing therapeutic quality.
