Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a therapist with experience in a wide range of issues such as stress, anxiety, panic attacks, depression, grief, motivation, confidence, relationship issues, addictions and everyday struggles. I offer both face to face and online therapy, with offices in Epping, Harlow and Chelmsford.
I provide a safe, welcoming and friendly environment which allows each client to feel at ease, helping them to be as open and honest as they can be throughout their sessions. I use a range of different techniques, such as psychodynamic, person centred and CBT.
Prior to becoming a therapist, I worked in the City for 15 years and suffered with stress, anxiety and panic attacks. My experience with this led me to start a new career in psychotherapy so that I could help others overcome mental health issues and be part of a process that enables someone to make a positive change in their life.

George Kelly is a therapist who works with people facing a wide range of concerns, including stress, anxiety and panic attacks, depression, grief, motivation and confidence issues, relationship difficulties, addictions and everyday struggles. He offers both face-to-face and online therapy and sees clients from offices in Epping, Harlow and Chelmsford.
With three years of professional experience, George aims to create a safe, welcoming and friendly space where clients can feel at ease and speak openly during sessions. He draws on a variety of therapeutic approaches – psychodynamic, person centred and cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) – to tailor support to each person’s needs.
Before training as a therapist, George worked in the City for 15 years and experienced stress, anxiety and panic attacks himself. That personal journey led him to change careers and train in psychotherapy so he could support others to manage mental health challenges and make positive changes in their lives.
For many common concerns – such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties or coping with life changes – online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions. It can be a practical option for people seeking convenient access to support without sacrificing quality of care.
One of the main benefits is flexibility. Clients can choose the format that suits them best – video calls, phone sessions, live chat or in-app messaging – making it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule or to access help from a different location.
Licensed professionals and therapists offer these remote options, and clients are able to change therapists if they want a different fit. Online therapy can therefore provide an accessible, adaptable route to receiving consistent therapeutic support.
