Many people ask whether online therapy can truly help. For a range of common concerns – including stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and navigating life transitions – online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions for most situations.
A major benefit of virtual care is flexibility. Clients can connect in the format that works best for them, whether that is video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This makes it easier to access consistent support without rearranging an entire schedule.
Each participating clinician is a licensed professional, and clients have the option to change therapists if they would like a different fit. For many people, online therapy provides an accessible, practical way to work toward their mental health goals with trained therapists.
