Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hello, I am Frances, thank you for taking the time to read my profile.
I live in the UK, a registered member of the BACP, and have been in private practice since 2018, and counselling people going through cancer treatment , along with their families for 3 years before that .I feel so privileged to have the opportunity to help people move forward in their lives for a happier , more fulfilling future, it is so rewarding.
Clients tell me I am very easy to talk to, and if you decide to work with me, I will offer you an empathic, safe , non judgmental space in which to talk about your thoughts and feelings.
I have been through life’s highs and lows myself, which gives me wisdom and experience to enhance our sessions.
I am a creative counsellor, and use visualisation, imagery, symbols, sand tray therapy etc as well as talking therapy to assist my clients to find and express their thoughts and feelings, when finding the right words can be difficult.
I trained as an integrative counsellor, which is beneficial for my clients because it offers flexibility to work in a way most helpful to you.
I also offer couples and relationship counselling, this could be to help a couple improve their relationship, or facilitate an amicable ending , if that is what the couple have already decided to do .
