Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a fully qualified, insured therapist and a registered member of the BACP. This means I strictly adhere to the BACP Ethical Framework, which guides my practice with its core values and principles to ensure high-quality care.
My therapeutic approach is integrative, utilising a variety of psychological theories such as attachment theory, psychodynamic approaches, person-centered methods, and mindfulness practices.
For example, I may draw on attachment theory to explore early relationship patterns, or use mindfulness techniques to help my clients manage stress and develop greater emotional resilience.
I also focus on the psychosomatic effects of emotional distress, recognising the connection between mind and body. This includes helping my clients understand and manage how stress, trauma, or unresolved emotions may manifest physically, such as through chronic pain, fatigue, or other symptoms.
My aim is to leverage the therapeutic relationship to help my clients explore their feelings, gain insights, and enhance self-awareness in a meaningful and transformative way.
Having lived in different countries and cities, I have developed a deep appreciation for diversity and cultural differences. I am also passionate about neurodiversity, particularly in supporting individuals through the diagnostic process and in navigating life afterward.
I provide support for various life transitions and challenges, including but not limited to IVF, pregnancy, miscarriage, the postpartum, or the perimenopausal and menopausal periods. These profound experiences often carry unique emotional and psychological challenges that I am committed to addressing with sensitivity and care.
I deliver therapy sessions in English and Turkish and can also provide support in French. While my French sessions may differ slightly in nuance due to linguistic factors, I strive to maintain the same high standard of care.
