Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hello, I am an integrative counsellor working in private practice and on this platform I offer 45 minutes long therapeutic counselling sessions via video calls.
I have personally experienced a challenging and transformative life journey, and I am constantly inspired by people’s willingness to confront their most painful experiences and strive to improve their quality of life. I believe that facing these difficulties can be the most scary yet liberating way to overcome emotional and mental difficulties, especially if done in the company of another person. This motivation is what drives my work as a counsellor and psychotherapist. I am committed to offering all of my professional knowledge, skills, and personal qualities to support you on this journey. I have received extensive training in various counselling skills and methods to explore with you the issues you want to address and to support you in seeking better understanding and solutions. Together, we will decide how we work and explore what your counselling goals are. I have a warm, friendly demeanour and in my practice I rely as much on counselling skills and theory, as on my own life experience and a long-standing mindfulness meditation practice.
