Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
My name is Erin Murphy (shethey). I’m a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor – Supervisor (LPCC-S). I received my Master’s Degree and Education Specialist Degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of Kentucky. I am licensed to practice in the Commonwealth of Kentucky and can work with residents of the Commonwealth. I have been practicing therapy for over eight years.
I work with individuals on both long and short-term goals and with mental health issues that range from ADHD to anxiety and depression to stress and trauma.
Outside of strictly mental health counseling, I also offer counseling for problems in living, personal issues, relationship difficulties, and similar personal and interpersonal problems. I work to provide an open and welcoming space so that we can better understand you, your specific strengths, as well as your goals.

Many people wonder whether online therapy can make a meaningful difference. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or coping with life changes, online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person care.
One of the key advantages is the flexibility it provides. Individuals can connect in the format that feels most comfortable – video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging – which can make it easier to integrate therapy into a busy schedule.
Licensed professionals provide online therapy, and if a particular therapist does not feel like the right fit, it is possible to switch to a different therapist at any time.
