Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
If you are here, it’s probably because you are at a breaking point. Tired of feeling down? Tired of feeling exhausted? Maybe you feel alone or ignored? No matter what you are dealing with, it is my honor to walk beside you.
My approach to counseling is one of empathy and understanding. I want to help you develop deeper insight into your thoughts and emotions and how they impact your behavior. I will not simply give advice. I will, instead, help you to see yourself from a different perspective. I use an eclectic blend of psychodynamic therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy. My goal is to help you not only recognize thought patterns but also to be aware of the framework from which these patterns have emerged. You are in control of this process and my hope is that through this process you will begin to find your voice, find hope and see change in your life.

Many people who turn to Erin Morris do so because they feel they have reached a breaking point – worn down by low mood, exhaustion, or a sense of being unheard. Erin sees it as an honor to walk alongside individuals during those difficult moments, offering steady support and validation.
Her approach centers on empathy and thoughtful understanding. Erin helps clients deepen their insight into how thoughts and emotions influence behavior rather than simply offering prescriptive advice. She blends psychodynamic therapy with cognitive behavioral techniques to help people both identify unhelpful thinking patterns and understand the life experiences and frameworks from which those patterns developed.
Erin empowers clients to remain in control of their therapeutic process, with the aim that they will begin to find their voice, regain hope, and notice meaningful change in their lives. She is a licensed professional counselor in Pennsylvania (PA LPC PC008664) and brings five years of clinical experience to her work.
Many people wonder whether meeting with a therapist online can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or navigating life transitions, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person appointments.
One major advantage is the flexibility it offers – clients can connect in the way that feels most comfortable, whether that is via video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This adaptability makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule.
All participating clinicians are licensed professionals, and individuals may choose to switch therapists if they would prefer a different fit. Online therapy provides a practical option for accessing professional support while maintaining the core benefits of therapeutic work.
