Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hello! My name is Erica Keller and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, and a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor in the Tampa Bay Area. Prior to receiving my licensure, I provided counseling services as a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern for two years.
I have a wide range of experience working with children, teens and adults. I attended the University of Central Florida where I obtained my Bachelors of Science in Psychology. From there, I went on to attend the University of South Florida and earned my Masters of Arts in Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling with a certificate in Marriage and Family Therapy. I work with individuals with a wide range of concerns including anxiety, depression, transitional life stages, neuro-developmental disorders, couples, and trauma. I follow an eclectic approach with a focus on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
My goal is to always make sure my client feels safe in session. I strive to empower and help reframe negative thinking. I am not the expert on my client’s life and work to be a support system through their therapeutic journey.
Thank you for taking the first step towards bettering your mental health. I look forward to working with you!
Please note: I am generally available during normal business hours from Monday through Friday; however, during the weekend, there may be a delay in response time. Thank you for understanding.

Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been found to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions.
One major benefit is flexibility – clients can connect in the format that works best for them, whether by video call, phone, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to fit therapy into busy schedules and to maintain consistent care.
Sessions are provided by licensed professionals and therapists, and if a different fit is desired it is possible to switch providers. For many people seeking support with everyday mental health concerns, online therapy offers a practical and effective option.
