Elaine Bennett offers calm, practical support for people who are feeling overwhelmed or disconnected from life.
With four years of professional experience, she works with individuals who feel out of control, trapped by past relationship pain, or simply lost and confused. She specialises in relationship and family difficulties, grief, career and coping with life changes, stress and anxiety, trauma and abuse, intimacy-related issues, parenting, self-esteem, depression and compassion fatigue. She is a female, older, non-religious and liberal therapist based in the United Kingdom.
Elaine creates a safe and supportive space where clients can explore their emotions, make sense of their experiences and begin to understand the reasons behind their feelings. The aim is not to dwell on the past but to use that understanding to shape a more peaceful and empowered future.
In sessions clients can expect to be heard without judgment, to gain clarity about why they feel as they do, to discover more choice in how they live, and to learn how greater self-kindness can change how they think and feel about themselves.
If someone is ready to take a first step, Elaine invites them to send a message or schedule a session to explore working together and to develop a tailored plan. She responds to messages Monday to Friday and will reply as soon as possible to messages received outside those times.
